VPN and Remote Desktop Enablement – Standard remote desktop and connection via Windows RDP connection is being provided to all clients with secure access and remote deployment of antivirus to home-user provided hardware or newly sourced laptops. Diatec & C-CAD have a daily update on the availability of laptops and mobile workstations that they can provide and configure. In the case of any clients where Diatec don’t look after their IT, Diatec can review existing infrastructure employed and assist in the enablement of remote working via RDP, VPN and remote deployment of AV to staff owned laptops/workstations accessing the organisation’s network.
Training – Online Autodesk, BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Training – For all Diatec standard, advanced and specialised Autodesk courses including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, 3DS Max Design, BIM 360 (entire platform) and much more Diatec can provide organisations or individual users with an online training platform that will take them through Autodesk or other manufacturer accredited courses, right up to a readiness to sit professional certification. Autodesk and IT Support – Diatec technical teams are all working remotely. Diatec will continue to offer advanced telephone, email and remote intervention support to all their contracted clients. For non-contracted customers, they will endeavour to offer initial support for free for the first 45-minutes to assist with your support need and advise on any follow-on actions.
Advanced IT Solutions – other ways of remote working. Diatec can review existing IT infrastructure and provide alternative and complementary options for remote working including Riverbed and Citrix deployments. These business centric deployments allow remote users to work in a very controlled and far more productive way than simple remote desktop enablement.
