Irish BIM Innovation Awards Student Category Now Open

CitA have announced the launch of the Student Competition Category in the Irish BIM Innovation Awards.

The Student Category opened on September 19th, and will run for four weeks and closes at 17:00 on October 17th. There is no entry charge for submitting. Shortlisted entries will receive free conference tickets.

The competition is open to 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students studying an architecture, engineering, surveying or construction related course in Ireland. Both individual and team entries are accepted, with three being the maximum team size.

Prizes:

1st Place Award €500 plus Dinner Ticket (for the entrants)
2nd Place Award €300 plus Dinner Ticket (for the entrants)
3rd Place Award €300 plus Dinner Ticket (for the entrants)

The Irish BIM Innovation Awards 2016 will be held at the Gibson Hotel, Dublin, on Thursday, November 10th. The day event will be followed by an awards presentation and dinner that evening. Shortlisted entrants will present their submissions in the award categories of Design, Construction, Operations and Asset Management, and Student. The Awards will set an industry benchmark and provide an opportunity to showcase Irish BIM Innovation.
